Design documentation or a building permit (if you have them), details of utility connections and site access, and a contact for the decision maker.
Step 3: Construction
We coordinate the works and watch quality, deadlines and budget.

One accountable contact person, coordination of all trades, regular progress updates and photo records of concealed structures.
What we will need
A signed works contract, access to the site, water and electricity supply, and timely approval of any changes during the works.
Step 4: Handover
We inspect the result together and hand everything over properly.

A joint inspection, a handover protocol, documentation of the materials used and a warranty on the work carried out.

Your presence at the handover and an agreed list of any minor defects, which we fix within the agreed time.
